To obtain it you need to submit the medical certificate of the cause of death issued by a medical institution or a doctor, together with the applicant’s identity document. The documents of the deceased should also be submitted if they are available.
After a death, the first step is to call the emergency medical service or the family doctor so that the death can be certified. You can then contact a funeral home, which will help arrange transport of the deceased, the paperwork and the funeral itself.
